Lawless DVD Released with New Twist

When 2012’s Lawless was released to DVD, Attack!’s street teams hit classic car shows in Columbus, OH and Pamona, CA to get attendees amped about the film. To spark interest about the new DVD, brand ambassadors distributed over 2000 tire gauges to car enthusiasts. The unique handouts combined the car show attendees’ love for all things automotive with Lawless’s action-packed plot involving bootlegging brothers. Set in the 1930s, a gas station provides the front for the gang’s illegal activities. Many people had seen the movie and thought “Lawless did a great job of portraying gangster films in an older time period.” While prohibition and distilleries were also central to the plot, one man wanted to know: “Did you bring any moonshine?!”

With thousands in attendance of the Mr. Peanut 5K race, Attack! Marketing planted a costume character of none other than Mr. Peanut. The iconic trademark was able to reinforce positive consumer engagements to the people of New York, NY on Fourth of July. Street teams collected thoughts and feelings about the brand and other feedback, while ensuring a fun, memorable event.

Taxslayer tailgates the SEC Conference

Brand Ambassadors hit the road for a SEC mobile tour starting in Texas, headed to the Florida Gator Bowl. Promotional sunglasses, t-shirts, and bottle openers were handed out to generate awareness of the Taxslayer.com brand and its software.

Attack! setup booths alongside the rally bus outside of stadium parking lots to educate tailgaters on the tax preparation software advantages. People of all ages were able to bring something back and enjoy some good o’l college football.

 

Brand Ambassadors: USTA Midwest

Location: Mason, OH

The United States Tennis Association (USTA) Midwest Section enlisted in Attack!s experiential services to raise awareness of the league’s free one-year junior membership promotion. Attack! brand ambassadors managed membership sign-up stations at the USTA Midwest Tournament while engaging guests with information on the benefits of  junior membership. A prize wheel featuring tennis oriented gifts such as racquets and branded t-shirts further enticed curious event-attendees to learn more about the USTA’s membership options. Ensuring all event attendees were aware of the  promotional offer, Attack! street teams created excitement throughout tournament grounds by signing up and directing interested guests to the prize wheel!

Brand Ambassadors: Pea Pod Stop & Shop

Attack! Brand Ambassadors were in the gift-giving mood on the busy streets of Manhattan, New York to promote the Pea Pod Stop & Shop.  Street teams handed out complimentary water bottles, pens and various branded paraphernalia to promote the new online and grocery shopping service.  Brand ambassadors answered any questions the interested passersby had and got some happy snaps of the New Yorkers decked out with their new swag.

Attack! Brand Ambassadors stripped to their boxers, a tie and dress shoes across America to support the Men’s Warehouse Suit Drive.  The street teams discussed donations of gently used professional attire with passerby and called attention to increase participation and raise awareness for the annual charity event. The campaign targeted multiple high traffic locations around the US, where they held signs and provided the public with a view that was sure to catch the eye.

Flyer Distribution: Bobbi Brown’s Secret of the Universe

 Attack! Brand Ambassadors visited five major markets nationwide to help promote Bobbi Brown’s brand new cosmetic concealer line. Street teams brought delight and excitement to passerbys by handing out Bobbi Brown branded totes and giveaways. Street teams distributed informational flyers to interested consumers and delivered key speaking points to educate fans about the Secret of the Universe Concealer.

 

SXSW Brand Ambassadors: AMD

Locations: Austin, TX

Attack! brand ambassadors were in Austin, TX for SXSW to  help promote computer hardware company, AMD as well as the launch of Internet Explorer 9 (IE9).  Street teams handed out branded coffee mugs and informative flyers to SXSW conference attendees and passers.  Participants were also encouraged to visit AMD’s website for a change to win a new laptop.  The promotion helped to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the companies’ respective websites.

Attack! brand ambassadors visited local T-Mobile stores in five major markets to help promote in-store mobile sales. Energetic teams of brand ambassadors passed out informational flyers and lollipops to interested customers. Street teams encouraged passers to learn more about T-mobile services and invited guests into the store to try out the latest mobile phones and applications.
