Product Sampling: Burt’s Bees Lip Balm

Attack! brand ambassadors distributed 15,000 pamphlets and 10,000 Burt’s Bees lip balm tubes as part of the brand’s 25th anniversary celebration. A team of twenty energetic ladies targeted women ages 18-45 in various areas of downtown S.F., successfully brightening the lunch breaks of thousands with a gift from Burt’s Bees!

Beverage Sampling: POM Iced Teas and Coffee




Location: San Francisco, CA

Attack! sent POMbassadors to the start and finish lines at San Francisco’s craziest marathon, Bay to Breakers. Costumed brand ambassadors sampled POM’s new iced teas and coffee to runners, walkers and spectators at the race’s start. Near the finish line, friendly and knowledgeable staff offered samples at the official POM booth, drawing in crowds to try the brand’s newest products. At the end of the day, approximately 5,000 bottles had been distributed!

Attack! brand ambassadors will be on-site Sunday, May 17th, at this year’s annual Bay to Breakers event offering free samples of POM Pomegranate juice to thirsty participants. Buzz Marketing: NBA Live 2009



Locations:  Sacramento, San Francisco, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Chicago, Phoenix, Boston, Culver City, New York

To create buzz for the 2009 NBA Live Challenge Events, Attack! brand ambassadors took it to the streets and passed out flyers in 11 different cities.  Brand ambassadors also posted posters on college campuses, in malls and at various hot spots around town.  The street marketing initiative brought fans and players out to the NBA Live Challenge games in record numbers.  Over 10,000 flyers and 2,000 posters were distributed!

Holiday Sampling: Safeway’s O Organics



Location:  San Francisco, CA

Attack! was out this holiday season in full force to remind hungry shoppers and sweet-tooth aficionados of healthy snack alternatives.  Knowledgeable and energetic staff set up shop at the Embarcadero Ice Rink,  sampling O Organics products for two consecutive weekends.  Attack teams raised awareness and built interest and excitement for the line of organic food by distributing 4,000  brownies, 2,000 mini boxes of raisins, 4,000 juice pouches, and an infinite amount of seasonal cheer!

Buzz Marketing: Dude, where’s my Bailout Wine?





Location:  San Francisco, CA

Crushpad, a winery in Napa that enables people to make their own luxury-class wines,  recently launched their 2007 Cabernet,   Bailout Wine.  The bottle is priced at $39, but for every 100 point drop in the DOW from the date of purchase to the bottling date in August, Crushpad promises to send customers a $2 economic stimulus check.  Hoping to ease market volatility woes, local Attack! Brand Ambassadors faced the crisp San Francisco holiday breeze in Union Square for five hours wearing nothing but a 50 pound wine barrel.  They distributed flyers, engaged shoppers, amused spectators, and created much needed buzz for Bailout Wine.

Cause Marketing: Movember Awareness

Locations: New York City, San Diego, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago

Movember, the month-long, mustache-themed annual event raising awareness and funds for prostate and testicular cancer, partnered with Attack! Marketing & Promotions to send talented and energetic staff into five U.S. cities.  At high traffic events and locations in each market,  Attack teams sported Movember branded apparel and handbags as they distributed and posted a variety of mustache stickers (branded with the Movember website), shared information on the cause, and collected email addresses of those eager to learn more about the organization.   At the end of the campaign, the street teams had distributed approximately 60,000 mo stickers.

Event Marketing: Cholula at the Ski and Snowboard Fest


Location: San Francisco, CA

At this year’s Ski and Snowboard Festival,  Attack brand ambassadors were on-site to get Cholula hot sauce in the mouths of festival attendees.  Snowboarders and bunnies alike were encouraged to taste “The Flavorful Fire”.   A pallet’s worth of individual Cholula bottles, plus 100 pounds of corn chips and over 500 cookbooks were distributed over a two day period.

Beverage Sampling: POM Wonderful at Fleet Week

To promote the delicious beverage company POM Wonderful, Attack! activated a two day sampling program during Blue Angels’ Fleet Week in San Francisco.   On the event weekend, stellar Attack brand ambassadors poured samples and passed out bottles of POM Wonderful as SF natives and visitors gathered to watch the show.  Nearly 7,000 samples and 3,000 8oz bottles were distributed!
